New Yorkers MUST speak up! 2% of people commute by bike, yet look at 8th Avenue in the middle of a workday! Stopped traffid bevaus of the FORCED congestion of 1/2 the street taken up by a pedestrian walkway( next to sidewalk), a bike lane and another lane!

congestion-on-purpose is the objective of the bikelane fad. Bikelanes make people hate city cyclists even though we never asked for them.
Yes she should have kept listening to a bunch of whiny entitled hobbyists instead of residents that have to drive on these streets everyday

@nicolegelinas have, at least, a crash per day in central park ( photos to prove). But nothing is being done. This is a Public Health Crisis. Its being covered up by DOT and Central Park Conservancy.

Manufactured congestion designed and delivered to us by “Dept of Transportation Alternatives”@TransAlt @NYC_DOT @bfurnas Fight back! We are the majority, yet their $$ and hold on many electeds is bringing chaos to our streets.
All we see is manufactured congestion, so a privileged few can ride their bikes in mostly empty bike lanes.

Look at this post.@CMRestler blames this horrific crash that killed a💜beloved human on “ infastructure”!! Two young guys on ONE e- bike and he blames the STREET, not the riders on dangerous vehicles! Unbelievable! Just vile.
Yesterday a woman was tragically killed on Flushing Ave by a speeding moped. We’ve suffered too many crashes on this stretch. We need illegal vehicles off our streets & better design on the greenway to protect pedestrian areas. I’m so sorry for all who loved the neighbor we lost.

The NRA is a wealthy lobbying group that cares nothing about safety.They are all about $ for themselves/gun manufacturers/sellers.They’re all about more guns out there that -easier to get- at all cost! Against common sense regulations. I ask u - what group do they remind you of?

@bfurnas we have hundreds of trad cyclists in EVSA. We also have ex- TA members.U all went to the dark side years ago. You are the OPPOSITE of a safety org. And ya did a great job of duping so many New Yorkers! But EVSA is gonna “un-dupe” them.They still think u TA of decades ago
