Day 111 of the year (Sat, Sep, 21) where #WindWaterSolar supply exceeded demand on California's main grid for part of the day. Over entire 199-day period since March 7, solar, wind, battery output 28%, 8%, 101% higher; fossil gas output 28% lower.

Good morning with good news: Nevada is shining! NV Solar doubled in 4 years & quadrupled in 8 years: May 2024: 41.50% May 2023: 33.63% May 2022: 32.11% May 2021: 23.49% May 2020: 19.86% May 2016: 10.23% Solar, geothermal & hydro were 54.67% of Nevada's electricity in May 2024!
