this is why starting a "healing journey" can be so destabilizing at first, especially without the right support (i.e. almost always).
hunch: some ppl aren't ready yet to fully feel/will hurt too much it's like if you have a tight muscle and try to stretch it too quickly, you injure it so a lot of it is prep, awareness of your limits, supporting frameworks, etc.
