I endorse this every new way of saying something is a way that might make it accessible or legible to another one/dozen/hundred/million people
I think a lot of ppl don't write because "it's all been said before" But personally, I get the most value out of writing that is saying what's been said before in a new way that I can better connect with

I think getting into a flow state – through creative endeavors, physical activity, whatever – makes it far easier to embrace the reality that a healthy life is in flow and always shifting and changing and there’s always new stuff to navigate

And if you’re in a state of embrace with that reality, you can navigate it with much more ease The changes and shifts are much less jarring; you’re gently moving and playing with them in a co-creating way

One downside of having intense and weird experiences with psychedelics (or otherwise!) is having a deeply hilarious thought that nobody else will get. It’s like your own personal in-joke that can never be explained.

I think this is why psychedelics can be so useful they can temporarily help you get to a state where you are less likely to self-injure through feeling fully and help you teach yourself that it can be safe to fully feel

hunch: some ppl aren't ready yet to fully feel/will hurt too much it's like if you have a tight muscle and try to stretch it too quickly, you injure it so a lot of it is prep, awareness of your limits, supporting frameworks, etc.

I keep seeing "2025" written places and having a weird feeling that it was last year But it's not This is like the opposite of accidentally writing the previous year in January hmm
