Smashing Glass Ceilings with @KateJones_teach this morning for me and my 👶🏽. Currently on MAT leave myself and this has given me great insight and inspiration when thinking about my return to work. Empowered but questioning why only women have to make so many decisions?!

Went into work yesterday with my 👶🏽 to say hello to colleagues and of course the children who were so excited to meet him. I then had an informal sit down with my head to discuss my return to work options post MAT leave. The education sector seems so inflexible for mums!
