@Rudiunddu Jop. Viele Städte mit hohen Einkommen in der Nachkriegszeit (dunkelblauer), waren eher industriell geprägt, wurden im Krieg stark beschädigt & waren im Wiederaufbau auf Autogerechtigkeit/Effizienz ausgelegt. Gleichzeitig gabs hier seit den 70ern oft wirtschaftlichen Abstieg.

Die FDP hat früher für Rechte genau jener gekämpft, die durch diese Farben m subsumiert werden können. Dass FDP ihren Ruf als gesellschaftsliberale Kraft eingebüßt hat, ist auch Konsequenz des Handelns und der Worte derer, die einen ganzheitlichen Liberalismus aufgegeben haben.

Diesmal war es nicht das Wahlsystem. Es war auch nicht die Polarisierung wie wir sie kennen. Trump hat breite Unterstützung in Swing States und außerhalb. Er hat sie hinzugewonnen nach allem was passiert ist. Wir werden sehen woran es am Ende lag, aber es waren die Wähler.
