It's a good job induced demand isn't a thing. .
The first three increase congestion, pollution and undermine climate targets. The fourth is a transformative means of boosting regional productivity, access to opportunity, reducing congestion, improving air quality and a step towards turn up and go public transport.

Now we need to start using these in 20mph areas. As we are moving towards more roads being 20mph, it makes no sense to maintain the current policy of only having community speedwatch operations on them.

We should not be encouraging people to drive to train stations. There's great public transport links to the HS2 interchange station. And if those don't work for you, take a taxi.
Solihull councillors expressed concern that the green belt is under pressure but would still rather see 3000 car parking spaces’ worth of tarmac than new homes and jobs. These people are holding the region back.
