Potential negative consequences for tenants if S21 gets abolished, IMO.
1) LLs will become less lenient towards Ts with poor credit.
2) Tenant guarantors will become more in demand.
3) Increase in insurance premiums.
4) More demand for upfront rent.

3 things I’d love to see in the budget.
-scrap stamp duty for residential purchases to make thousands of needed homes available
-scrap ir35 - it would be an automatic vote winner for approx 5 million people
-raise the tax threshold,so millions can keep more of their money

EV vehicles are not only more expensive, you’ll get slapped with tax,plus electricity over petrol/diesel isn’t that much more cost efficient if at all.
Bad news for all those who believed politicians' promises that electric car owners wouldn't pay car tax.
From April next year owners of new electric cars costing over £40k will have to pay £590 per annum, and that will only go up.
And zero-emission vans will have to pay £335.

IDEA: If you want a successful business, MEN come together, go to your area where you grew up and encourage young men from 16-24 to jump on NVQs or even fund their training.

We should be pushing for more people to stand as independent candidates and we should be voting for them.
The two party system needs a wake call.
Both main parties have gotten far too comfortable.
Consider INDEPENDENTS in your constituency for the next general election.
Galloway is a problem for Labour, but the precedent he will set is a big problem for the Tories.
If GG can win Rochdale, Tommy Robinson can win Clacton as an independent.
Just gaming out some potential scenarios must have both Tory and Labour scared shitless.
Chaos is coming.
