Polish PM asking for clarity about who the author of the original peace plan was after speculation it appeared to have been drawn up by Russia. Marco Rubio has denied that saying it was authored by Washington.
Together with the leaders of Europe, Canada and Japan, we have declared our readiness to work on the 28-point plan despite some reservations. However, before we start our work, it would be good to know for sure who is the author of the plan and where was it created.

Europe has always supported efforts for a just, comprehensive and lasting peace in Ukraine. But for any plan to work, it needs Ukrainians and Europeans on board. In this war, there is one aggressor and one victim. So far, we haven't heard of any concessions from Russia's side.
