These guys access codes led all entrys this off season too, makes sense why they are having so much success! Hard work always wins, and these guys are proof! #DugoutFam

Friday Fielder's ---- same drills as gold glovers! Our coaches know a thing or 2 about defensive play! #DugoutFam @kylecrowl_12
Brandon Crawford prep work Notice how subtle/quiet his glove is and how he is working on the side of the ball which allows him to see spin, speed, and hops much easier @heatersports creating consistent hops while challenging to catch it in the right spot 📸 @Xavier_Scruggs

Happy retirement, Josh Donaldson! His philosophy on hitting will always be hilarious 😂 https://t.co/3vZpFpBbF6

Ban all college coaches calling pitches. You’re ruining baseball, and are super low testosterone for that. These are the same catchers and pitchers that come to MiLB lost, with no idea how to call a game because you babied them. Grow up. You aren’t on the field- they are.

Don’t make fun of kids who still believe in Santa There are thousands of coaches who still think you get athletes better by running them into the ground

And if he put together more years like those top 4, his career would've more closely aligned with that of Rizzo and the type of offensive production expected for first basemen. The morale of the story is: Hit the ball hard in the air. ✈️ It's that simple. 11/

The Curious Case of Eric Hosmer 🤔 Despite 12 years of service time, 4 Gold Gloves, and ≈ $143 Million in career earnings, I know I'm not the only one who thinks about what could have been when it comes to Hosmer's career. A thread 🧵 1/

We found lots of infielders not able to get 2 the side, read hops & catch the ball in the correct position. We used the bosu to work on the side & work timing, also before adding the throw working on holding in the catch position!Always creativity @ FF w @jwhannel & @kylecrowl_12

Yesterday, @TheRealFrankMos reached out to me via DM and asked if I could put some numbers and visualizations together to help him get signed to affiliated ball. Winning @FLProBaseball Reliever of the Year last year, he already did his part, so I wanted to help him out 🧵

One of the Frontier League players I have worked with for the post 8 months vs. his previous year. Main goal was improving bat speed, and we did. He was up 7mph in the cage during the off season. Skill was always there, just needed some horsepower!
