We need better KPIs showing how many of these players are being ruined due to lack of proper understanding. Someone needs to be held accountable.

It’s incredible how bad a majority of MLBs player development staffs are. Telling people to throw their worst pitches the whole year, and bringing them to all time lows in several ways. When will you all learn? Half of you could be replaced by hundreds of coaches. Overpaid trash

Schultz was 93-96 and struggling with back pain, and wasn’t himself. It took less than 2 months to get him pain free, and back up to averaging 98+ mph. A lot of people use bias for player development. Use the bias of the players body you’re coaching instead.
