This 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼 In NZ we have enuf trouble keeping keep girls motivated to play sport after puberty as it is, w’out adding unfair competition to the list of reasons to quit.
It makes zero sense to say biology matters in elite women’s sport but not anywhere else. It doesn’t matter at what level you are, as a female you are entitled to fair sport free from all males. No sport can be allowed to say ‘you’re not good enough to deserve fair sport !’

Below post & responses r well worth reading. The ‘case by case basis’ method is exactly what the NZ Law Commission Report proposes we use 2 preserve women’s right to protection/safety from males in toilet areas, sport, prisons etc guaranteed by S21 of the HRA 1993. Shameful

Broadsheet editors comment. I fully agree. The outcome of this case will affect what happens to any legal case involving practices related to gender ideology/sex self-id & the rights of women/children in New Zealand. If that isn’t ‘in the public interest’ I don’t know what is.
