This is already sufficiently clear. Obviously the wording illustrates the well understood need, before gender ideology corrupted people's brains, to retain girls only facilities in mixed schools.

It is reasonably clear that: 1. In girls schools 100% of toilets are for girls; 2. In mixed schools, half of those will be for boys (doh); 3. The boys' ones will be 1/3 WCs and the rest urinals.

Audrey blocked me so I cannot tell her she is misrepresenting the law. She is, as men do not have a right to female only spaces under the ECHR. It is bad enough the CoE is misrepresenting it, why is she joining them? There are no "competing rights".

The Supreme Court in the FWS judgment did not "clarify" the definition of sex. It said the definition of sex is (and always was) clear. This is a small but crucial distinction. It takes a good lawyer to see it and even a better one to predict it.

Since Sex Matters is being apoplectic about the EU allowing children to "change gender" here I explain why Sex Matters is wrong to think that gender reassignment (literally changing gender) applies to children, as they claim.
Sex Matters insists that children may possess the PC of gender reassignment. In order to do this, one has to ignore and/or misunderstanding what safeguarding means. I explain in this thread what issues arise in this case.
