This is often overlooked It’s much easier have success in life when you have JOY in what you do “The quicker you can get out of that funk and get back to playing joyful basketball and playing for each other, the better." (Via @GeraldBourguet 🎥)

Undervalued and a lost art. A reliable mid-range game adds versatility and breaks down tough defenses. Balance is key.
Two examples of how Americans are being taught to play basketball which isn’t the best way. They are now taught drives and threes. Take a look here as 2 possessions back to back where easy mid range shots are available but a missed 3 and a BS drive and throw up is all they get.

Failing and mediocrity are part of the journey to greatness. Embrace the process—it’s easier to weather the lows when your support system has your back. #GrowthMindset #TrustTheJourney #KnowYourWorth
To become great, you first have to go through stages of being bad and mediocre. If you're not willing to make mistakes and fail, you'll never reach your full potential.

Even if they aren’t bigs, get the ball to the middle, free throw, and short corner. See way too many low IQ point guards that would be more useful attacking from these spots versus trying to run an offense.
HOT TAKE: Scoring bigs are more important than scoring guards Here's why: - They get easier buckets (paint) - They force double-teams (kick-out 3 opportunities) - They force fouls - They're rarer - They can slow down a game So if you have one, don't overcomplicate it. Just

Accountability starts at the top. Actions, far more than words, define culture. Recruiting and playing time is the coach’s decision and responsibility. Choose wisely.
Mick Cronin had a WILD press conference following UCLA's loss to Michigan on Tuesday night. Cronin repeatedly called his team soft and said "Every day, I have more passion and energy in practice than anybody else. I’m tired of it. It’s a joke." https://t.co/dvKJyUooSP
