Highly recommend Dr Peter Hilton's history of medical practice be thoroughly reviewed against his revolting letter in The Times this morning. Women DO NOT sign on to be sexually harassed in the medical profession. Men like Hilton are responsible for men's violence against women.

All this faux concern from the government about patient safety is strikingly absent when it comes to legislating for safe staffing levels, or indeed actually paying staff properly so they don't leave the NHS for better paying jobs in other professions or other countries!

‘It’s the employer’s responsibility to ensure life-preserving services so we expect life-preserving care to be provided by members of the wider workforce’ & if you can’t find someone else able to do the job then you need to pay the person with the skills better.

Hospitals asking for photos for socials from women who have just given birth (+ surgery) is ethically wrong! A friend gave birth on Xmas day. She didn't know what she consented too when they asked. Seen by 600+ people before she'd had chance to tell family.
