The proposed inclusion rate increase on capital gains is a really bad move and most def affects more than the "0.13% of Canadians" that they claim. But seeing everyone mistake it for a 66.7% tax rate is so painful.

@iamgingertrash I think GPT2-chatbot is most likely a GPT-4.5 or equivalent, but I truly do think GPT-5 is going to be lackluster when it does come out. Emphasis on commercialization + begging for regulation doesn't give me much of a bull case for OAI short-term.

@realGeorgeHotz Human-centric search, allowing the queries to be more similar to human thought, "tweets around March 29th about XYZ". I made a similar crude search using FB's NLI-based zero-shot BART large classification model, happy to share. Also the same sentiment:.
