A large peer-review study from China (40,537 people, 3 hospitals, 2021–2024) found that a single wave of SARS-CoV-2 infection (Omicron BA.5/BF.7) was followed by a measurable loss of T cells that lasted more than 20 months. Not a small fluctuation - a durable shift in immunity.🧵
From an analysis of lymphocyte subset data from 40,537 patients, "During mass infection [with SARS-CoV-2], T cells, CD4+T cells, CD8+T cells, NK cells, and B cells dropped significantly. Even 20 months post-infection, CD8+ T cells remained 9.9% below baseline.. Immune recovery

A lot of ppl are arguing with her about how a random poor person would be more moral with a billion dollars when the real point is that having a billion dollars when half the world lives on $10 a day corrupts you, that’s the point, no billionaires, no one should have that power
if you gave any random poor person 1 billion dollars they would probably spend it in much more reprehensible ways than current billionaires do
