Looking at this data and implying there is no warming since 2016 is a hell of a take...

If you treat global temperature as a stock with a 365-day running average, then you just lost all of your gains since 2016. Since Hunga Tonga 🌋 in Jan 2022, short term (subseasonal) global temperature has become much more volatile.

Keep repeating this. You cannot shame the shameless, but highlighting this both sidesing of a terrorist invader and its victims must be done if we are to live in a world with real values and not in the world of fake values.

The war in Ukraine is a rare and striking example of good versus evil. Few people realize that, although Ukraine has roughly 2-3 times fewer military casualties than Russia, it suffers 20-30 times more civilian casualties. Russia targets civilians, while Ukraine does not

Putin invaded Ukraine. Ukraine/NATO never attacked Russia. Putin annexed territory, terrorized civilians, and kidnapped children from Ukraine. Zelenskyy has done none of these things. There is a right side and a wrong side in this war. We should be on the right side.

I have a new update to climate model-observation comparisons over at The Climate Brink, covering CMIP3, CMIP5, and CMIP6. Models perform well globally. The latest generation shows too much long-term warming but better reproduces recent trends: https://t.co/K5DWiVhW1D

To be fair, he is an expert on corruption! But he knows nothing of Ukraine and his talking points come from the Kremlin, so he should just be ignored despite his name. It does serve as another data point in how completely the Trump admin has allied with Russia.

Fires, floods and other disasters are posing more risks to homes as the planet warms, but forecasting exactly which houses are most vulnerable — and might sell for less — has proved fraught. https://t.co/XVRBY9poeV

DOGE was a colossal failure. By destroying instruments of American soft power such as USAID, Voice of America, Radio Free Europe, and Radio Free Asia, DOGE only helped our autocratic adversaries without advancing a single American national interest.
