After a wonderful run, Polygon Labs and I have mutually decided that now is a good time for me to step down. I will continue cheering the team on from the sidelines, grateful for the journey, and rooting for Polygon.

I'm a big fan of psilocybin. It has helped my mental health tremendously over the years. Note: Always do research and be safe.
I'm going to test psilocybin as a longevity therapy. Here's my protocol. In recent studies, psilocybin improved survival in aged mice and increased cellular lifespan in human fibroblasts. My protocol: + 5 grams dried mushrooms monthly, for 3 months. + This is equivalent to

Given all the attention TEEs have received over the last few days, I wrote a piece about a systematic mistake we're making A big part of the story of crypto is identifying the tools we need and then improving them by orders of magnitude (e.g. ZK and permissionless consensus) 👇
We don't evaluate FHE/MPC based on the performance we can achieve today, but rather where we think we can be in 5-10 years with lots of academic work and hardware acceleration Evaluating secure hardware solely based on the products people use today is a mistake

Okay time for a take: The shutdown of public-facing news outlets doesn't always mean there's less reporting happening. It means research becomes a boutique product paid for by whales. It means the little guy getting scalped more and more often. This is what they want.
Devastating to see that the closure of Blockworks' news division is actually happening. Obviously a lot of takes to be took, but for now, my heart goes out for those impacted. You guys did good work.
