Enjoyed seeing these data confirming utility of 9am cortisol to confirm adrenal insufficiency and to exclude adrenal insufficiency. More date also on salivary cortisol and cortisone. Dynamics tests have a place , just not all the time.

Really great session on thyroid function and pregnancy. Important to be evidence based. No evidence to treat women with TSH <4 mIU/L and when 4-10 treat first trimester only. Fetal thyroid kicks in after that. #ece2025
