Suns out, stay safe 😎 Temperatures are set to rise this week 🔥. If you have Addison's disease or adrenal insufficiency, there are some extra precautions to take in hot weather to help you stay well. Here are our top tips for handling the heat ➡️

We had 276 paramedics take part in our adrenal crisis training last week! Nearly 600 have joined us this year & we want to do more. 🚑Join our next session or please donate to fund future sessions Thank you @idatalghari for your great feedback. @AACE_org.
Wow what a session from @AddisonsUK! Having only attended one patient with Addison’s before, I definitely feel a lot more confident now dealing with adrenal insufficiency patients. 100% recommend, their next session is on the 28th of October😁

Even on the daily dog walk, don’t forget your Steroid Emergency Card!. Accident or illness can occur at any time, even on a quick walk. So it's vital to always carry a Steroid Emergency Card to help keep you safe & support your independence. ➡️
