I don’t think “visible social dysfunction” is progressive or good for cities
Free buses are such a good tool for understanding the 🌐 mind. Should be right up their alley since it replaces an inefficient revenue stream while increasing safety/efficiency. But that’s negated by a fundamentally conservative view on tolerance for visible social dysfunction.
