Excited to share one of my final projects from PhD! Through rational design and directed evolution, we've engineered LATeNT, a light-inducible protease for neuroscience and synthetic biology. Huge thanks to my advisor @aliceyting, Ji Won Um, Dongwook Kim, and all collaborators.
