imageJ.이번 학기에 영상처리 수업을 듣게 되어서 자료를 찾아보다가 알게되었습니다. 원래는 실험 후 표본 분석에 사용하는 프로그램이라고 합니다.

프로젝트 주제랑 맞아서 imagej 프로그램 써보고 있음 대학원생, 외국대학교 유튜브 설명 보면서. 표본 사진을 편집하는 툴인데 선택 영역의 수치값 측정도 되서 신기함 (원래 그런 용도긴 함).막 psd처럼 마이크로로 편집과정 기록해두면 비슷한 사진에 동일하게 적용할 수도 있음~.

Quick sciency question:. We got a lot of skeletal muscle contracting on a plate format, and made a buuuunch of videos. I’m trying to figure out the best way to quantify the contractions in ImageJ. Tried optic flow (worked for us before) but I’m just not happy with it. Bueller?
