@RachelTaylorMP @EHRC No, it doesn't go further than the ruling and the suggestion that toilets are policed is ludicrous. In a civilised country we expect people to obey the law. Are you saying that trans people are incapable of that? And the ruling did address toilets - I suggest you read it!

The problem ⁦@RachelTaylorMP⁩ et al have with the ⁦@EHRC⁩ guidance is the same problem they have with the SC ruling: they simply don’t see women’s dignity and safety as a legitimate aim, so excluding men will never seem proportionate to them

Why are sports governing bodies so dismissive of women’s rights? Good question @TracyEdwardsMBE We’ve been asking the NGBs this very question for several years. As Tracy points out there are still 34 sports that allow males into the female category or are ‘waiting for guidance’

This is spot on. We will look back and be appalled that we allowed children access to social media. It doesn’t have to be this way. Other countries are waking up to the harms. We can & must do more to protect childhood. https://t.co/IjUZj8W0Ko

When the dangers of mixed sex changing facilities are well known and not feeling safe is a big barriers to women and girls doing sport, why do @Sport_England still recommend mixed sex changing villages?

Susan Smith deserves an apology. I find it hard to believe that @PoliceScotland Chief Constable was not consulted about this. If she was, she should be investigated; if she wasn’t, she needs to find out who gave the order. It can’t wait. It needs addressing. Now.

Good grief @PoliceScotland could you possibly look any more captured and deranged? Looks like this is heading to court. Plenty of video evidence and witnesses means this shoddy decision will get a good filleting. Solidarity with Susan Smith @ForWomenScot 💚🤍💜

Today is a real test for @PoliceScotland comms. If they adopt a “we do not comment on live cases” type line then they seriously misunderstand the public mood. @ForWomenScot
