The Government has announced that it will ban the use of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) in cases of harassment and discrimination by amending the Employment Rights Bill. We called for this in our Report on Misogyny in Music and in the follow up Report last month πŸ‘‡.

Today the Government has announced a review of the parental leave system. We published a report on paternity and shared parental leave. We found that the current system is broken, and have a number of recommendations to help fix it ⬇️
