Okay everyone. As many of you noted @ziadalinyc @stefan_harb @UnimpressiveO this is indeed an Intimal Bumping Intimal bumping consistent with coronary artery spasm causing diffuse intimal wrinkling along with thickening of the arterial media indicating spasm.
