Interesting ideas. The general principle here is that we do not know as much about neonatal HepB vaccination as we had been led to believe. Why not take the opportunity to understand the issue better? Randomize low-risk neonates to start vax on day 1 versus 2 months. Even better,

Maryland’s Department of Health (MDH) has explicitly recommitted to the universal birth dose, issuing a statewide standing order and advisory on December 5, 2025, to ensure continued vaccination. For instance, MDH Secretary Dr. Meena Seshamani stated: “The hepatitis B vaccine has

"Vaccinated individuals had a 25% reduction in all cause mortality...similar...when excluding severe covid-19 death" On record saying covid vax in 2020-2022 is one of the greatest medical achievements ever But this is totally confounded Opposite of partisan science is rigor

Contrary to much of the nonsense you may read on here, mRNA vaccines don't cause deaths - they prevent them This massive study from France showed that not only did mRNA vaccines not increase mortality but they reduced deaths and saved lives

@adamcifu @Sensible__Med I'll have to listen later but it's great to see Dr. Bauchner. His interviews early in the COVID pandemic were invaluable and his canceling by DEI was tragic. I actually emailed him at the time and got a polite, careful response that I greatly appreciated.

Need to reiterate a tenet of Medicine: Preventive treatments given to healthy people should always pass the highest evidentiary bar. This is not controversial. It’s EBM 101

This is a small window into the rot of the modern biomedical system. This NPR segment gets it completely backwards. We’re told that a breast cancer researcher at Harvard is losing a third of her staff because of funding cuts. What the story doesn’t say: she is 76 years old,

COVID exposed the rot at FDA. We have vaccine regulators who neglected to report dead kids and who are mutinous at the idea of stricter standards. And most FDA reporters are all too eager to help with the coverup. https://t.co/io5e8FcyvL

So let me get this straight... Internal FDA results leaked before intended for public consumption which are not immediately backed by a full public report is a coverup But... years of echoing biotech/pharma press releases prior to data is "journalism"?

Seems like Vinay Prasad is the FDA person delaying the release of the case files on the alleged patient deaths. Maybe someone will need to subpoena him to disclose. Whatever happened to the FDA’s policy of “radical transparency”?

Prasad is a prolific clinical researcher , a clinical practicing oncologist and an epidemiologist who quickly climbed the ladder of academia publishing papers about pharmaceutical industry gamesmanship and spoke about regulatory capture frequently. This made him very popular

Imagine a scenario where all leaders in gov’t had this high level of clarity of thought. It would be like Denmark The ONLY way to restore trust in public health and regulation is this approach The old way shredded trust. If you are a vaccine proponent you should applaud this

The massive asymmetry of therapeutic bias in favor of vaccines in a nutshell: Claims of vaccine injury require proof beyond a shadow of a doubt, while therapeutic claims can be made based on antibody studies in 8 mice, immunobridging, mathematical modeling, and expert opinion.

This is totally reckless. Vaccine safety claims require verified diagnoses, clear methods, rates per million doses, and rigorous assessment of confounders. This memo provides none of that. Whatever happened to showing your work before making causal claims this strong?

Vinay should just post his CBER emails to his Substack and send his “team” a link. Gosh. Can his “team” not wait a day before leaking internal emails? I look forward to the details of the investigation—though it’s a bit late.
