Huge congratulations @GirishRMali on your lab’s first pre-print! continuing to answer important questions that have remained mysterious for a long time on ODA regulation. Beautiful work! 🤩.

A huge achievement to get here. Such inspiring hard work and innovative ideas (and the execution of a great collaboration!) @chrisgrbbn. Always blown away by the regenerative capacity of the liver - this reveals the weird & wonderful ways liver cells change during chronic injury.
Very happy to share my post-doc work now online @Nature from @VallierLab. Using snRNAseq, tissue clearing and organoids, we found plasticity occurs between cholangiocytes and hepatocytes in human chronic liver disease.

Wonderful wizardry by @AlexFellows1 to track dynein (and its friends) endogenously in neurons - huge congrats! 🥳.
Excited to share our latest work on @biorxivpreprint! We visualised single molecules of dynein and its cofactors live in the axon. Work by @AlexFellows1 in collaboration with the @sangerinstitute (Andrew Basset, Michaela Bruntraeger and Thomas Burgold).

Wonderful work revealing the structure of cofilactin inside microtubules (🤯) by the hugely talented @CamillaVenturaS! Always in awe of your efficiency and brilliant contributions to #teamtomo 🤩.
Happy to share our new preprint: We imaged protrusions of Drosophila cells with cryoET and found filaments in the microtubule lumen. Subtomo-avg and RNAi suggest these are cofilin-bound actin (cofilactin). By @CamillaVenturaS in collab with Stephen Rogers.
