I’m tired of hearing about patients who come in to rehab with complaints of shoulder pain when they reach there arm overhead. Then proceed to pull on bands below 90° flexion 3x/week for 8 weeks. So here’s 6 of my favorite exercises to help improve OH strength:

Excellent work here again from @MitchTGibbs highlighting how many exercises can help reduce back pain, but only specific ones can reduce the fear of specific movement! And I’ve never seen anyone with back pain fearful of birddogs or planks! 🧐
