A blog The strongest evidence that education ≠ learning is simply this: billions of humans became highly competent adults long before schools existed, and millions continue to do so today outside of them.while many outperforming their schooled peers… https://t.co/H1lGxlDStc

I still think we fail to measure the effect of learning. Education seems pointless if it has no effect on the recipient. We continue to measure education but NOT learning

I have been a verbal critic of “painsplaining” the need for clinicians to “educate” patients in pain science understanding at every opportunity. My biggest criticisms are around delivery methods and content.

Nice new review of the effects of education on shoulder pain. BUT do we continue to make the same mistake. Eduction isn’t learning. Education is delivery of information. Why are we not looking at what is learnt and the effect of learning on pain and other outcomes? A short thread

When we confuse complicated and complex we often miss the one that can be simplified to assist understanding without changing the facts.

If the leader of your organization acts like an impetuous child on SoMe, threatens other professionals with legal action ,holds grudges, or has a history of legal battles, & threatens law suits. You may be following the wrong person. Being a nasty individual is NOT leadership
