Pleased to finish this 10k race in one piece. With recent rain the course was quite flooded. We took a detour for this underpass, but another underpass we ran was a good one foot deep. @msk_health

Simple #design changes in EHR alerts, like presenting two or three good options instead of just one, could help #doctors provide #bettercare. But if these systems rely on outdated evidence, they risk doing more harm than good. #besci #medicine https://t.co/SPROfXandv

šŸ”„New paper out today from PhD candidate @GemmaAltinger @msk_health Testing an old theory that giving two or more treatment options, e.g. in decision supports, causes indecision and suboptimal care. We found the opposite! Bravo Gemma! Open access: https://t.co/lHPuYeGTMu

Research is crucial for innovation & solving the big problems we’re facing. If we’re serious about building an economy for the future & ā€˜future made in Australia’ we have to better fund the CSIRO & university research. I’ve been pushing Gov for 3yrs & will continue to do so.
