The West’s century-long war against Russia — part one Part one of a series of articles in which I argue that the current NATO-Russia confrontation is simply the latest chapter in a century-long Western campaign to weaken, isolate and contain Russia. In the wake of Trump’s

#Truth, but incomplete. The war in the Donbass had already been in progress for 8 years, and the series of provocations of the Anglo-American empire that brought about war in Ukraine date back long before that.

@ZelenskyyUa Fact Check: Ukraine bombed Donbas for more than 25 days prior to Russia’s intervention. Ukraine very literally started this war.

The professor summed it all up in one brutal line: “Israel is the biggest lie of the century… only you still believe the propaganda.” Then he tore the narrative apart: • No victory in Gaza — a full year of slaughter… outcome: zero. • Hezbollah hits the north daily, while

This is the least competent, and most corrupt Government in Alberta history. It’s not even close. Way to go rednecks. You voted to burn it all down.

Whodunit? Government blames ex-AHS boss in case of missing notebooks. She says that's false. This gets uglier by the day. https://t.co/mr0Akk4pF8 #ableg #abhealth #abpoli #cdnpoli #yyc #yyccc #yeg

Every subsequent deal for Ukraine will only be worse — because we are losing. We are losing people, territory, and the economy. The EU (which by the way has paid Russia more than €311 billion for energy and goods since February 2022) has no real strategy, no way to stop fueling

@MyLordBebo Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, Barack Obama, Joe Biden and UK’s Boris Johnson committed the cardinal sin, provoking the war Donald Trump can’t finish. And, never in history has the losing side that provoked the war received a ceasefire so they can rest, recruit, regroup and rearm.

Biden (1997) recognised that NATO expansion would threaten Russia, yet Russia would have to adjust as the US was the only game in town. He mocked Moscow’s warning that it would align with China, and suggested that Russia could also align with Iran. The crowd burst out laughing...

What is actually insane is asking countries that have been forced by the EU to bear massive austerity measures over the past 15 years — resulting in the hollowing out of the welfare state, the destruction of basic services, rising poverty and unemployment, deindustrialisation —

Countries like Sweden and the other Nordics are bearing a disproportionate burden in supporting Ukraine, while Italy and Spain contribute almost nothing. It’s way beyond time to call this out. If you say you have fiscal space, why are you not contributing?

Many cannot even comprehend that the postwar economy in Britain - and in other European countries as well - was effectively planned. It was more similar to the Chinese economy of today than to the British economy of today. Since the planning stopped it has gone to the wall. 🇬🇧

Yours truly on Ukraine’s corruption pit: “The total amount of money pumped into Ukraine since 2022 is ~$360B. I estimate that corruption accounts for 15–30% of the total aid. That means $54B–$108B is lining the pockets of the corrupt."

It should be painfully clear by now: Ukraine’s greatest enemies are those posing as its supporters — indeed, always have been. Anyway with a Ukrainian flag in their bio is, consciously or unconsciously, rooting for Ukraine’s complete destruction.

Everyone shrieking that the new US peace plan betrays Ukraine has in fact betrayed Ukraine by exploiting its divisions, backing a coup, sabotaging reasonable diplomatic opportunities, and using it to bleed Russia. Zelensky said it best back in March 2022: “There are those in

All the talk of “capitulation” around the latest US-Russia peace deal ignores a fundamental fact: that from a strategic and nation-building perspective, Ukraine wouldn’t gain anything from taking back the lost territories. As I explained in a recent article for @compactmag_, the
