52% of FY2 Doctors have no job for August. 30,000 applied for just 10,000 training posts. The Government’s response? A vague promise of 1,000 posts over 3 years. It's deliberate neglect. The NHS is haemorrhaging talent. Patients wait.Doctors leave.And the Government shrugs.
