Before Adam posted his podcast episode, Tailwind had: - 13 Partners à $5000 - 3 Ambassadors à $2500 - 5 supporters à $500 => $75k MRR Now: - 22 Partners à $5000 - 4 Ambassadors à $2500 - 22 supporters à $500 => $131k MRR That's +$56k MRR with a tweet, not counting the Tailwind+

The moat is that 99% of companies don't wanna fuck around with their software and shit because they've got better things to do https://t.co/gZnBbeJKwM

Every app built on Lovable uses Tailwind, and we owe them a lot. We're now sponsoring them, and I genuinely encourage fellow founders to do the same.
Tailwind lays of 75% of their team. the reason is so ironic: > their css framework became extremely popular w AI coding agents, 75m downloads/mo > that meant nobody would visit their docs where they promoted paid offerings > resulting in 40% drop in traffic & 80% revenue loss

After you weaved a new feature in, always ask this. Biggest unlock to keep the codebase organized. codex is really great at understanding pain points.

The fact that people make fun of people starting out with vibe coding is so lame to me. Making a fitness tracker or daily journal is actually so cool. It’s actually the first step in you learning how to express your opinions with software. That’s the opposite of slop.

Claude Code's much warmer, easier to use, and joy inducing product features reminds me of the early era of ChatGPT where the product sense from OpenAI was dominant compared to the other offerings. Opus 4.5 is also a better model for the task, so together you get this Claude Code

Can everyone please stop using wispr flow superwhisper and whatever subscription app for your Mac please! Offline local models are now better than the ones they're charging you for. Use something like "spokenly" with Nvidia parakeet models and thank me later

I'm an engineer at Lovable and I spent the holidays improving our system prompt. Lovable is now 4% faster and a lot better at creating good designs. The crazy part is that this also ended up decreasing our LLM costs by $20M per year! Below is how I did it.

I shipped more code in the last 3 weeks than the decade before. The top AI models / agentic systems right now are an entirely different thing to what people used until the beginning of December.

@PositivFuturist It just seems so fucking easy, get copilot for excel as good as browser Claude and you’ve changed the global economy. Why are they fucking around with a little popup when I paste something in word? How does that even get made?

Microsoft is degrading at an astonishing rate. Why would I want to ‘paste with copilot’ and why when I click it does it not do anything?

The big reason why people choose better models isn’t so much IQ points, but reliability. This is why smaller models often suck - it isn’t that they literally can’t do the task, but that they don’t do it anywhere near reliably enough. If you used Sonnet 3.5 back in the day, and
