My understanding is that - the North Indian Varna system is not fully applicable to South.

500L boot space of my car is filled with தேங்காய், கல்லகாய், நுங்கு, கருவேப்பிலை, வெங்காயம், எலுமிச்சை, தேன்வாழை, some more in the bags… all cleaned & packed.
