This is Wesley. He lived on the streets for 7 years (abandoned by his owner at 3yo). He sat in the shelter for 6mos cuz he’s not a “lap cat”, hates to be picked up & is kind of grumpy. We got him when he was 10yo. Simply for that reason. He’s a very content boy!

My husband was speeding. Cop going opposite direction, waited 2 miles to turn around. Called it in as an evade. SIX cops/cars, guns drawn. He was 48yo at the time & had shoulder surgery 5mos prior. He was beaten & abused. They tore his shoulder. 4yrs later, still has PTSD.
