Reaves has shot 18 free throws with still 10 mins left in the 4th, that's more than the Kings have shot as a team (11) Lakers as a team have shot 39, insane whistle for that team

We shouldn't have to see Ime start the double bigs against the next 3 opponents, bring it back against Dallas or SA, but he can start either Reed or Tari for these next few games

Alpi has 14 assists through 2 games, 4 of them are to Reed off kickouts for threes, really wish they would just give him the ball and let him run things instead of trying to make Amen or Reed run the offense which they clearly aren't capable of doing, Alpi fed Amen nonstop

Has Reed made any of those floaters or off balanced jumpers in these 2 games? Because I swear every time he takes one these are my thoughts:

Gonna keep an eye on teams hunting Jabari on the perimeter, he's food trying to stick quicker/smaller guys

Bring the ball up court and hand it off immediately to either KD or ideally Alpi, don't need him over dribbling or taking these off balanced highly contested 2's, stand on the perimeter and wait for the catch and shoot 3

There's more than 1 player struggling in some form or another at the moment, but nobody is going through it more than Tari and when you look at what he's supposed to bring to the table and how many points they lost by, if he's just average they win those games

Seeing Amen on ball has been a rough watch, it kind of always has been 😔
I wonder how much Amen is going to see this as the scouting report of "THEY DON'T HAVE A POINT GUARD" gets out.

Still should have made this, but credit to Detroit because they sent bodies at him and it clearly affected him all game long

Amen's man is also sagging off of him so much that they're essentially not guarding 2 guys on the floor and sending that help to Alpi, double bigs + Amen is a little too much to overcome offensively

Alpi was able to beat Harris off the dribble here, but look at where Adams is which allows Duran to easily come off of him and block the shot, teams are not going to respect Adams and simply send his man over to help which will only make things impossible for Alpi to score inside
