Couldn’t agree more with this statement from Fergus McNeill. Have been disgusted with the victim blaming and scapegoating that has followed the tragedy. All educators should stand with the survivors and unite in support.

It’s 112° in Calipatria State Prison today. Incarcerated ppl are one of the most vulnerable & ignored populations to global warming. You can’t even touch the concrete walls w/o burning and the cells become ovens for us. Yet this is hardly talked abt in climate change discussions.
