@VibeSlav The study that determined this increase gave the participants 30 mg beta-carotene and 25,000 IU retinyl palmitate PER DAY. You’d have to eat 8lbs of carrots for that much beta-carotene and over 170 eggs for that much Vitamin A. No fucking shit it’s harmful at that point.
