The pGFPGUSPlus binary vector is my most requested plasmid in @Addgene, but the paper describing it isn't super well cited because folks just use the catalog number as a reference. Please cite the original papers for your plasmids! .

In case you’re wondering, I have conical flasks in my kitchen because they are the best way to store the lava inside the cake when you make a dry ice exploding lava volcano cake. The narrow neck gives the best effect.
