When Congress set up independent commissions like the FCC, one reason (as taught in civics) was that they held vast power, and should be in bipartisan hands to forestall abuse. The administration—with help so far from the Court—rejects the independence while keeping the power.

How will the administration identify someone as part of ANTIFA? We saw what happened when the administration labeled Tren de Aragua as a terrorist org, then accused men of being affiliated, then sent them to El Salvador, even though a majority had no criminal convictions
