This graphic is a really cool combination of a Gantt chart with progress colours. It does a great job showing how each box is needed to unlock each stage of the 'mission' for each corridor! Great work π€Ήπ»ββοΈ
In the latest documents for @Metrolinx's upcoming board meeting. They outline the most detailed information regarding @GOExpansion ever publicly released. 1/4 https://t.co/4tiCr2qY79

As I sat on the DVP today stuck in traffic for 10 minutes, I watched a total of eight (8) TTC Buses sitting stuck on the Millwood Bridge going west. @ttcriders is it time for #RapidT0 lane on this bridge? π PS 2nd Photo is from @Urban_Toronto post today. Lots of busses too!

When a driver blocks the box... -> bus hits car -> bus blocks five street cars -> 1000 people late for work. π π₯ π β οΈ ππ« π©

Gorgeous views from 24th floor of Toronto City Hall today. I also realized the interesting placement/juxtaposition of the new 'Indigenous Teaching Lodge' located in the Spirit Garden -> placed directly next to the Ontario Law Society.

Wow #Northlander first look π π I had the privilege of writing the business case and working with Ontario Northland leadership to convince MTO/Government to fund this $75M purchase back in 2023. It's inspiring to see the new trains in real life after just a few years!

@TorontoPolice 1 in 3 Toronto KSI crashes involves a pedestrian or cyclist. 91% of their injuries occur on arterial roads. Speeding is involved in 1 in 6 β but causes 1 in 3 deaths. Fix arterials. Fix speed. Save lives. #SpeedCameras are the best way to fix speeding quickly.

π¨KSI FACT: If a pedestrian or cyclist is injured by a vehicle in Toronto.... When speeding IS involved 16.5% die. When speeding is NOT involved 7.2% die. Speeding is 2.3X more deadly! Lower speeds = more survivors. It is that simple. Speed kills. #VisionZeroTO #NotDogma

The new MCI @GOtransit Bus is looking oh so fine! Was an honour to help @Metrolinx procure these as part of my past Service Planning team's work on the fleet strategy business case. Hundreds more coming to a stop near you soon! #onpoli cc @chrisjamesdrew πΈ @RajkumarTrevor

Finally got to explore the new Lower Don Trail. It's incredibly high quality build, some very nice bridges, a wild 3-loop railway overpass and a new tunnel. Not done yet, still a few trail gaps, but great work by @TO_Cycling_Ped !

The scope abs depth of insights in this 'review of the peer review' is really amazing. If you care about streetcar spores for example, read to the end. Slow orders, double bladed switches, detection loops, track condition...wow lots of work needed to fix things!
At its Nov 3 Board meeting, the TTC released most of the peer review of streetcar and subway ops and maintenance by the UITP (International Union of Public Transport). It is detailed in parts, but frustratingly superficial in others.
