In our Series C round at @linear, we gave all current and former teammates the opportunity to sell a portion of their vested options. From the start, we’ve aimed to make Linear’s equity program as employee-friendly as possible. Now including path to liquidity.

question for real estate developers or people who understand housing policy: what are the most straightforward ways to get these policies changed to make it easier to build more beautiful + walkable places? . presumably it doesn't have to be state level ballot initiatives. does.

Instructions for making decisions that minimize regret. What if regret was preventable?. This is self-alignment / self-integration (by emotional processing + self-negotiation). Note: this is very much an unpolished early adopter version of these instructions! I need early

What might emotional judo look like?. 1. use momentum instead of resistance: don't block their emotion, feel it with them.2. "absorb the hit" first / regulate your state first: breathe, ground yourself. so you don't add counter force. Goal is connection & flowing, not winning.

I made a list of ex-founders now working at big AI labs as non-founder employees. You’re probably aware of @mikeyk (IG co-founder) at Anthropic. You might’ve also seen @calvinfo, co-founder of Segment ($3.2B acquisition), joined OpenAI and recently moved on. The List:.

What's the more interesting framing:. 1) the founders: ex-lab (OpenAI, Anthropic, GDM, and xAI) startup founders. 2) the startups: startups founded by ex-lab researchers and engineers. It's the same contents, one is organized around founders, one is organized around startups.
