Strong agree with this. The conversation here is so focused on criticizing the books at every turn. It stokes anger and resentment and makes the discussion unpleasant (to me).
I challenge y'all: what are some examples of US sportsbooks (other than Circa 😂 ) doing things RIGHT?
The "pros" tend to criticize everything books do (except when they post weak lines).
What purpose and whose interest does the criticism serve?

I use this Robinhood analogy a lot. The customer experience of US digital sports betting is way too complicated if you’re not already an experienced bettor. There’s a huge opportunity to build simple, delightful onboarding and first-time user experiences here. This matters.
