CBB having balanced (and common sense/logical) conferences has been one of my biggest hills I'll die on - even if I know that $ will always prevent it. But for this project, I ignored the football $$ and reworked the entire 365-team D1 into rational conferences. A labor of love!.

Surprised to see USC/Boise pitted in round 1. Maybe none of the top squads wanted the Chaminade game, and Wazzu said yes? Just a guess. I will 100% still enjoy watching any 8 teams play at the Lahaina Civic Center.
