It’s possible this is because Trump’s major economic initiative is to increase taxes on literally everything people buy.
Voters blame Trump, not Biden for the state of the economy. The vast majority of Americans (75%) & even Republicans (57%!!!) say Trump's not doing enough to lower costs... GOP in Congress should be scared as we just saw economy-first voters go big for Dems in VA & NJ Gov.

Homeschool or public school aren’t the only options. Classical education schools are exploding across the US. And because of voucher programs in states like Florida, they are more affordable than ever.
I had a new student in my Algebra II class. She was homeschooled previously, and this was her first experience in public school. Two days in, she’s already unerolling. I’m not surprised, given our last conversation. Her words when I asked her what she thought: “I wanted to see

The scam of Ticker Carlson and others is to suggest that all they are upset about is that the US sends taxpayer funds to foreign nations like Israel. Reasonable people can disagree about this question though it is strange that Israel gets singled out and it never gets mentioned

Today is the 50th anniversary of the oral argument in Buckley v. Valeo. The lead plaintiff, James Buckley, had an interesting life — serving first as a senator and then a D.C. Circuit judge (and living to the ripe old age of 100). Obit here: https://t.co/HYbQNKqxfl

In 1970, Mr. Buckley, the son of an oil tycoon and the brother of a leading force on the right, became the first third-party candidate elected to the U.S. Senate in 30 years.

Well, Amy, your party could quit voting to keep the government shut down, and then the money would flow. Just a thought for you to consider as you and your party "take food away from Americans" by your refusal to support that CR that would provide that food aid.
The administration is now APPEALING the court decision requiring it to provide full food assistance to Americans. There’s no other way to put it: They are doing everything they can to take food away from Americans in need. Shameful.

Sen. Ted Cruz’s speech at #FedSoc2025 is noteworthy for its vigorous denunciation of Tucker Carlson’s softball Nick Fuentes interview. Good for him.

In the shadow of the Heritage Foundation, yes, you count 10(!!) federal judges on the “American Tradition of Religious Respect.” Huge turnout in the audience too. Credit to Judge Roy Altman and Sheldon Gilbert for prioritizing this message.

Yep. We did this⬇️ The 6th cir just ruled that yes, students do not shed their speech rights at the schoolhouse gate. And no, schools cannot force children to pick a side on gender identity & speak accordingly. We won today, but more Importantly, the First amendment triumphed
Sixth Circuit (en banc) rules that schools may not compel students to use preferred pronouns. The court notes that compelling pronouns “skews the debate” over trans issues. @DefendingEd brought the case.

On Saturday, I’ll participate in a @FedSoc debate, arguing that it is unconstitutional for schools to secretly “transition” children behind their parents’ backs. Some have suggested that this question shouldn’t even be up for debate. And in a better world, it wouldn’t be. But we

The off-off-year elections didn’t go as Republicans had hoped. Indeed, they seemed to go quite poorly.
