🚨 Huge news out of @usedgov: the SAVE plan is being shut down. The program would’ve cost American taxpayers $350–$500 BILLION. Instead of loan forgiveness, the 7 million current borrowers will now move into lawful income-driven repayment plans.
The Biden Administration made impossible promises to win points with voters. We must restore the principle that loans must be paid back. That starts and ENDS with borrowers — not American taxpayers.
