We had a lot of fun making this #IBD patient podcast! If you have a spare 25 mins, we hope you'll tune in. Nigel talks about his 20 yrs on steroids 😲 and how he feels about #vedolizumab; I talk about #infliximab and how HCPs can approach the subject of meds with patients. 🎧.

Just had a DEXA scan to check my bone density. If you're also midlife and have a history of steroid use, I encourage you to request the same!. ✅ Arrived early.✅ Seen straight away.✅ Scan took less than 5 mins.✅ Still 5 foot 7 - no shrinkage!. Hopefully results will be 👍
