Been finally diagnosed with Crohns disease. It has been 12 months since my colonoscopy + it has been 18 months since my FC levels came back at 1100 (severe) and my gp told me I was *fine* and offered to put a finger up me bum to check for haemorrhoids "if I really wanted"

@gregmushen If I was a carnivore for IBS, Crohns etc reasons but now contemplating introducing fibre in my diet, a first consideration could be arugula ( could easily mix with scrambled eggs for eg) Arugula is high fibre , low FODMAP and also may have ant-inflammatory actions on the gut But
